- NJ: When I did an in-store pickup of an online-order, tax was automatically calculated on (price - TIV_promo - TIV_normal). But when I did an in-store purchasing today, tax was calculated on (price - TIV_promo). According to the representative, this is because TIV_normal is processes as a GC and it has to be applied after the checkout, so the tax is charged on that part. Don't know if this is all true to CA or other states.

- I've done in-store trade-ins a few times at Best Buy. They only do a cursory look at the phone, to make sure it matches the color and condition. They don't care if it is carrier locked or is still being financed. -RonaldM

1. Go to the "Order Details" page for your order on bestbuy.com. This page likely says "Shipping Kit on its way" for the trade in status.
2. Open Developer Console in Chrome. Navigate to the "Networks" tab and reload the page.
3. Search for "trade" in the search box.
4. You should see 3 results - the third begins with "2002..." for me. Click on this one.
5. Click on "tradeInStatusInfo" -> "fulfillment" -> "tracking".
You will see the tracking number of the return shipping UPS label. You should also see a "isBoxShipped" field that likely reflects if your trade-in kit has shipped yet.

On the label. The item number and the trade in ID are the same. Nothing matches either of my order numbers...
In my case, my P7 phones were delivered on the 14th and the 17th, and the trade-in labels were created on the 15th and 18th. I am assuming the one created on the 15th was for the trade-in corresponding to the phone delivered on the 14th.
On the iPhone 11 and older, more of the screen was covered and the screen protector seemed to be just as strong and last just as long. Same with the Galaxy Z Fold3.
On curved screen devices like the S22 Ultra and the Pixel 6 Pro, the curved edge of the screen protector does tend to chip easily from an impact. But hopefully it is doing its job and chipping, instead of the actual phone glass being damaged.
