Yes, needs to be added, 3 years of bill credits. However, the are also offering 700 dollars off for my cracked screen Pixel 3XL. I'm getting the new Pixel and trying to decide if I am going to take this deal or buy one outright at Best Buy and trade in my existing Samsung S20. I mean, even though its device credits they are giving me like 20 dollars a month for a phone worth 40 bucks. Pretty fast break even. I'll probably be with Verizon for at LEAST a year.

not ideal but I usually alternate between vzw, bb and Google for my upgrades so I'll take a p7 and p7p for a total of $200+tax and jump on another deal for the p8

Exactly. You get locked in and can't do any upgrades. That's foolish to lock yourself in for 3 years

It says $700 until you check out. They quoted me $116 for my perfectly good pixel 5 at checkout

Most people keep a phone for 3-4 years. Ive been with Verizon for 12+ years. If you don't intend to switch carriers, this deal is a no brainer..

I understand the downvotes here for the 36 month agreement but I traded a Pixel 3XL in with a cracked screen for 700 dollars. I'll get 20 dollars a month for a device thats worth about 40 bucks. Even if I leave/cancel after a year its a great deal. My current phone is an S20 5G and it will be a good backup and a phone I can use on a subsequent trade in. The credit did post and it clearly indicated the 3XL 64GB condition is 'BAD'.

When you did the trade in of the Pixel 5, did you also have to pay sales tax on the $1000 price of the Pixel 7 Pro phone or does the trade-in reduce the sales tax obligation?

For example, local sales tax for our area is 7.25%

Should I expect to pay $72.50 in sales tax on the 256gb Pro Pixel 7?
