A friend of mine had picked one up for his basement - with no ambient light whatsoever the picture was still faded. It was basically a cheap control stick, a cheapo projector and a wooden cabinet. Not worth the asking here, certainly not worth the original retail price.
It's just me and you commenting here.. we better stay positive or risk the same fate.
In his defence, 99% of forums would apply to that description.

It's 2200 lumens at the source, so like 300-500 at the screen depending on conditions. It's just one of the endless rebranded shitty projectors you can find on Ali or Amazon. I bought a bunch last year to see if any were decent. Spoiler alert, I returned them all and went with a used epson from marketplace. Even if the lamp needs replacing, it's worth the effort and price difference.
Nah, more like 100-200 ansi lumens if you are lucky.
Cool in theory and poor in execution. The words cheap and projector should never be in the same sentence if you want to have a good time.
Even if you ignore the specs, for everyone 1 person I see say they enjoy the purchase, there's another nine posting on Reddit and asking why their $100 Chinese projector stopped working and how can they fix it lol
This has me thinking, it's too bad they don't sell the arcade units without screens. If I could get the Simpsons or TMNT cabs as just the control set on a riser that I could attach to a TV of my choosing I'd probably buy that so I could use a bigger TV or maybe even hunt down an old CRT for authenticity.
ATgames Legends mini $59 at Walmart and any $79 projector you want from Amazon and you can play 150 games or add a $20 USB thumb drive and you can play 2000 games on the Atgames Legends mini with projector and still come out cheaper!

Cool concept. Lucky for my marriage, the games packed in don't interest me. And yes, I know people can hack these devices to load them up with ROMs. But I already have a Atgames Legends Gamer Pro corded to a HTPC with plenty of free games to play legally there.
Now, the Terminator 2, Ridge Racer, and Simpsons/TMNT cabinets really have my interest. But again, cost of a divorce versus entertainment I would get out of something like this...
