The reason I didnt give examples is cause there are many and it depends if you want over 1Gbps speeds in the future or are happy with Sub 1Gbps speeds, also matters how much you want to spend, and if you want the ability to fully customize your network or want a hands off approach.
Quick examples of mesh systems with wifi 6 with well over 1Gbps speeds delivered over wireless are the TP-Link AX5700 and Deco X90 X4300 Pro, Asus ZenWifi Pro XT12, Synology RT6600ax.
Quick examples and there are MANY MANY of these so just naming the first few of the top of my head that will offer you sub 1 Gbps speeds: Asus Zen XD6, Netgear Orbi RBR850, TP-Link Deco AXE5400.
Then there are also the stand alone routers which can do above 1Gbps cause sometimes people living in 2500sq ft and under houses think they need mesh when in reality all they really need is one REALLY good router.
Thanks in advance for any input!
It's generally stable; until it isn't. The setup, configuration, and troubleshooting is incredibly unintuitive - so if you aren't working with it regularly; and then something goes wrong - you are plunged into a big pile of wtf.
I've spent most of my life working in tech; including networking. But after my last unifi issue - I'm keeping my eyes out for a (simple) replacement.
The issue was: one of the APs lost the ability to broadcast. Everything seemed 100% fine. It would survey, etc.
I'm assuming hardware failure. The issue isn't the issue; it's how much of a pita the unifi system is to work with if you aren't familiar with it.
You could read this all the other way: it's been stable and is a powerful platform. But I would never generically recommend unifi.

Yes. WiFi 6+ promises a lot, especially in terms of congestion... Except most devices congesting the network won't be alleviated. IoT devices running on 2.4GHz bands of pre-WiFi_6.
And for people with the money for these are probably on ZigBee or alternatives that aren't congesting the routers anyways.
Unless... This has something to do with MATTER, I'm honestly not familiar at all with that.
note: sorry for the ramble, I just don't get it and hope someone will educate me
I know the people who are in that market. They are the ones that want very little fuss with setup and want mainly plug and play. No thinking required.
They are not looking to optimize their network nor their IoT devices.
They want what reviews will tell them that it just works. Quality is assumed because of brand name.

I get at most 500-550 Mbps DL on my iPhone 14 PRO MAX and MBA M1 on 5ghz.
Will this NEST WIFI PRO increase the DL speed since it's 6e(and 6 also)?
The main problem with these is that they only have a 1gbps connection between it and the WLAN/Modem, but if your plan is 900mbps you should be fine.
