Most important information: $7-25/month, depends on your device.

Updated the title Peace, even at $25, it seems like a good deal for those with crack screens. Not sure how they'll verify that over the phone but seems you could just wait a month and file a claim for a cracked screen

They're sneaky about some stuff. For example there are different tiers of protection and from my memory basic doesn't cover cracked screens (notice they say unlimited screen protectors not screens), higher tier would cost more and for better understanding read ALL of their terms because requirements are important " if you're bringing your own device, it must be within 30 days of your transaction and the device will need to pass a visual and mechanical Inspection in a T-Mobile store".

I asked T-Mobile how much for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Was told it's $25 and I think $300 for lost, stolen and etc. $25 is way too much. It's like paying for car insurance. These companies have lost their minds

They can ask you to take picture of your phone with the IMEI screen, or facetime/zoom.

Chase Flex card has insurance on cell phone as long as you pay bill with that card. That is what I do, but have never used it yet but there is a deductable, but not sure how much.
Edit:
Cell phone protection: Get up to $800 per claim and $1,000 per year in cell phone protection against covered theft or damage for phones listed on your monthly cell phone bill when you pay it with your Chase Freedom Flex℠. You can make a maximum of two claims in a 12-month period with a $50 deductible per claim.Aug 15, 2022

Only worth considering if it includes "loss", which is kind of vague even in the terms. Sort of lumps it in with theft.

Some solid credit card options out there that provide insurance. Wells Fargo gave me $250, plus 0% for 15 months which was great for when I needed to remodel my condo. Now i solely keep it for cell phone bill and as a cover for when my other cards that don't hit 2%. Coverage is $600, which is ok and the deductible only $25.

Tmobile is starting to be too expensive, crap Tuesday deals lately. Would rather have cheaper bills and no dumb Tuesday deals.
