    Great game, good weight complexity-wise and components-wise. Though you are better off waiting for a Target B2G1 sale and getting a prorated refund when you cancel 2/3 copies.

    I love this game, got me back into econ board games. We played it to death during the lockdowns.

    Because it's the #1 complaint about this game, let me go ahead and point it out: Scythe is not "dudes on a map". If you think it's a "dudes on a map" game, you will be disappointed.

    I really like this game. Played maybe 10-20X and loved every game.
    There are good expansions--even a Legacy expansion! i haven't played the legacy, yet, sadly.

    Awesome game! I play with my son whenever we get a chance. The rise of fanris expansion was one of the best experience I had playing a board game. I wish I could forget about it and play again 😅😅

    Scythe is less complex but still fairly heavy game. Scythe does not have the campaign elements of Gloomhaven either.

    BGG rates Gloomhaven a 3.89 and Scythe a 3.43 in complexity level (out of 5).
