The Amex deals count Tax towards the purchase so long as your meet the TOTAL spend inclusive of taxes you'll trigger the promo credit.

clutch deal! I was literally wanting both a PS5 controller and a better speaker than my laptop speaking when using monitor the other day. Dell also have color controllers, white is same price as the black controller.
