Installed it myself. It works great. Eufy has now integrated most if not all of their products now with Homebase 3.

I have yet to find a Eufy flood camera that doesn't have endless false alerts. The AI is poor. Activity zone is useless. Read the online reviews that will say the same thing. I love Eufy products and own so many right down to my smart cat feeder and water fountain. They can't seem to get the motion alerts right..

Only issue with mine is that they are now rolling out with 4k and this is 2k.

I thought it was just me. I have trouble with all kinds of motion alerts for "humans" that aren't humans.

If I wasn't so invested with my other Eufy products I would use something different. Trying to limit system types but I may move on to something more reliable. Every car that drives by sets off my motion. I live back on a 2 acre tract so unacceptable. I'm on lowest settings and still bad.

Adding on to other people's comment, i have been using this specific device for 2 months now.

I enabled both human and all motion detection. It's fairly subpar with human tracking. If anyone moves under the camera it loses sight of them and stops tracking them and goes back to the original position. Even though it has the ability to capture that area.

Second annoying part is that there is no way to prioritize humans, if someone is walking up to the camera but it detects a car moving in the road - it will move full focus on that car and completely forget about the person even if the car left.

Eufy kept promising integration with homebase 2 and they backed off on it after a year. Apparently now they came out with a homebase 3.

EDIT - I just checked on eufy's website - this device so far is NOT combatable with homebase 3 - apparently that will happen in December of 2022. (with the amount of lies they have told about homebase 2 i would be very skeptical of this)

After several months I've only had 2 false human notifications. That works for me.
It always catches me and people I know so I know it's working.

I have this product on the driveway for our short-term rental and absolutely love it. I see the comments about false alerts but we get passing cars and every animal from Bears to Skunks and never had a false "human" alert. Ever. The only thing I don't love is that the app is sometimes slow to load, but that's not a camera issue. I'm in for one more of these for my own home!
