These are a good choice if you don't have a good headphone amp to drive the HD6xx cans.

These have an impedance of 150 ohm, so they will be much easier to drive from low power sources than lets say the HD650/HD6xx at over 320 ohms.

Sound will come out even if you plug your HD650 into your phone, but it will be tinny and lack detail
