i can't answer your question but here are some things i would consider when deciding:

S95UA has HDR 400
CRG9 has HDR 1000

S95UA has USB-C as a one-cable solution for laptop display/charging
CRG9 does not have USB-C

both have DCI-P3 95%
both are 120 Hz with adaptive sync technology

Maybe it's not such a deal if reviews are that bad?

I would do more research. For one, this is rated at HDR400 and CRG9 is HDR1000. There are other differences that I'm not sure worth paying 150 less

Can it show the picture from two sources at the same time?

This one also has a much more pronounced curve compared to the CRG9. 1000R for this one vs 1800R for the CRG9. I chose the CRG9.

I purchased it as it has auto kvm and usb-c with charging. It has bad reviews and if I find something not good i would return this. So far it looks a better deal

Pretty sure this one has an 1800R as well.

"ENHANCED CONCENTRATION & COMFORT: With an 1800mm radius, the distance from screen to eye is a more uniform distance, resulting in less eye fatigue; The curved screen allows content to be viewed at a glance while proven to limit eye strain compared to flat monitors"

I have a CRG9 so i got another - i did debate this one, the CRG9 is a superior display for slightly cheaper if you can get the Samsung EPP discount deal thats on here. The only down side is that the CRG9 does not have usbc KVM and i think this one has speakers. Neither of those were worth it to me to swing me to a lesser display, even though I'm not a gamer.

Too low of a resolution for such a big screen size especially of you want to buy this for programming. Text will be hard to read
