I traded my S21 Ultra for the P7. Should come out to a MM if trade in + google one credit go through.

My primary is an iPhone, and my Samsung phone just sits around so I wouldn't be losing anything of value. I think it would be a fun phone to have.

You aren't because I don't think you understand what net cost means. Also, when you say "new credit" are you talking about the 10% back for being Google One? You realize that is part of the net cost, just because it's not applied to the payment I make now, doesn't mean it's worth nothing because I have that value to be used at my discretion later.

Yeah you should deduct the new credit. It worth $60 I agree. I was referring to the credit you already had. Same logic the credit impacts your net when earned not when applied. That credits was earned before is not earned by this transaction.

But anyways doesn't matter that much since none of us have $395 creditSmilie

Does this apply to the trade-in at Best Buy? They only list T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint , and Unlocked iPhones. I my iPhone 11 model is MM693LL/A. It didn't match any iPhone listed. So I just selected Verizon. Hope Best Buy takes the trade-in.

I did... I switched from Verizon - Tmobile ( they paid my buyout ) - Google Fi.

Main reason... Google Fi doesn't support 5G for iP and network switching while in the UK on iP13 pro kinda sucks. I was with TMobile and even paid extra for a high-speed data fee.

Whether I earned it this time or previously I still have it so therefore it impacts MY net costs.

I can't speak to Best Buy as I'm talking about Google Store which is where this deal is. I've seen a few other reports that some have no issue and a couple where they did and it could depend on the agent. I'd check the Best Buy thread.

Type it in. All the websites tell you and then YOU chose what you think is fair. It's your phone not ours.

Remember the value changes as weeks go on so by the time you read about it from someone - the deal might not even exist.

Repped for the solid and practical advice. My wife traded in her beloved Pixel 4A 5G for the Pixel 7 because:

Google offering $325 TIV is a fair offer, would have preferred Amazon or BB but their TIV was lower.
256GB storage
NFC
Qi wireless charging

Received the Pixel 7 today and she loves it, I think i'll get the same phone hopefully around BF.
