You're describing the behavior of my Pixel 6. I love this phone except for this vibration part. The amount of texts, calls and alarms I have missed is pathetic. I hope the Pixel 7 has an improved vibration system.

Do you guys keep the "accept new trade in price" box selected when trading in? I have a cracked pixel 6 which they say is worth $370, but don't want to deal with a headache if they then say it's worth $200 or something. Also there's a 15 day return on phones so IDK if it will be inspected before then.

Is it wise to wait for a better deal on Black Friday or go for this? This deal has the best trade-In offer i.e. $390 for my S20 FE 5G 128GB, which is just 6 month old and in pristine condition. What if Google gives me an actual value way less than the estimated, would I be able to return Pixel and get back S20 FE?

I kept it checked. I'm tradng in an S21+ in an absolutely great condition except for a small. barely noticeable crack in one of the display corners (fell from waist high and the case just didn't help 100%). My reasoning is that it's possible they may increase the TIV. Unlikely, but possible based on a few anecdotal data points. If they decide to lower the value, I will have pictures to argue with them.

Is there a reason to trade-in with Google? In my case although Best buy is offering $40 less for my trade-in compared to Google they are including $200 BB gift card. Also trade in can be performed in store without waiting for google to receive and review the device.

According to BB's website, you can get a $200 gift card only if you're getting the Pixel 7 Pro. It's $100 gift card if getting the regular Pixel 7. Still a good deal though.

Amazon is doing a similar deal, a $100 gift card. However, as of right now there is no trade-in on the pixel 6, only the 5 or earlier. Not sure if this was an error on their part, if so maybe this will get addressed to also include the pixel 6 for trade-in.
