It looks like these are the older 60W equivalent bulbs, not the newer, slightly brighter 75W equivalent. Fyi-

They are. I plan to use mine in a multi-bulb chandelier-style fixture, so 60w equivalent is more than adequate for that application. But good to be aware if you need more illumination.

Mine are generally fine in almost all cases. I do wish they could get a little brighter though. Even a little brighter than 75 actually, but oh well.

I'd buy except I haven't found the need to justify the color bulb price in three years -- and I know I need the 75+watt ones to make me pull the lever.

I bought the 1600 lumen non ambient whites for our living room last year.

It's too much when watching TV often at 45 to 75 percent brightness.

I really miss the ambiance though.

Gonna get those next
