Disable "Mobile Services" app - it has nothing to with mobile services, instead it installs bloatware on its own.
Disable 1Weather app, Moto comes with its own weather widget.
Remove all permissions from My Account (can be removed) and Device Pulse (can't be disabled or removed), these track your usage.
Even when the phone is unlocked and you move to another service, these apps will continue to do their thing unless you disable or remove them.
It is upgradeable to android 11. I don't think it will receive android 12 upgrade since Motorola typically only gives 1 android version update.

Because I have the 2020 moto G Stylus, and it does not match your description at all.
Performance is fine, no slow down with normal apps. Phone reception is fine in my small town. And it has two speakers (one on top, one on bottom).
Not sure if you joined the rewards program and got bonus points. If you did, you could upgrade to an iPhone XR for $29.99+tax. When you purchase two TF phones with 1-year bundled service, join the TF Rewards program and use a top-tier referral code to get 8K points. You then use chat with a TF agent to add a line to your account for 7K (or 10K) points. After 60 days, phones are eligible for unlock and on day 61, you'd have 15K (or 18K) points available. Redeem 14K points for $150 off phone discount code (17K for $200 off or 20K for $300 off). iPhone XR is currently $179.99, so the phone could be $29.99+tax (after $150 off) or FREE (plus another cheap phone after $200 off).
