This deal is frustrating.. I ordered on 10/26, got it already no instant email, then decied to take risk order again with OP link, and it worked fine, got offer email instant.

Did you eventually get it? I am going to try to fight them.. kinda bullshit..
If I remember correctly, I did (and I remember Amex talking about how poorly Wineinsiders set up the offer). Basically, wine insiders is made up of multiple wine providers, but they run the deal to only trigger if the order is fulfilled from one warehouse (the hemispheres one), so they tell Amex to only issue the credit for orders that bill with a specific billed from name, only product can ship and bill from anywhere in their network, so there's no guarantee that what you order (even if it's from the correct link) is going to ship from the warehouse that has the correct seller charge. It's really a mess. It's so bad I haven't taken advantage if a wineinsiders deal since.
I thought Amex was pretty good about their deals, this one seems not to be.
Amex was complaining about the last major wineinsiders deal because wine insiders set it up so bad and it was chewing through Amex customer service hours.

Thanks for the insight. Appreciate it. I really hope Amex fixes it with my open ticket.
I got the great news email when paying through PayPal, but like others, the payment has now posted, and no credit given by Amex whereas on the first purchase, the credit was applied almost right away. I am going to see if I can refuse the shipment
Ok.. i figured if we get great news email credit should follow but not sure in your case why credit dint come.. how many day has passed? i see its taking 1 to 2 days from the charge posted date…

So, I ordered the 15 Reds Insiders Club membership for $89.
Placed the order clicking thru r..10 on 10/27.
Got the AMEX $35 offer used email ~ 1 hour after placing the order.
Order shipped 10/28, with 11/1 scheduled delivery date.
Charged posted to AMEX account 10/29 and $35 credit showed up on the AMEX account 10/30.
r..10 cash back shows $12.60 - I was hoping to see $25, since the cash back terms stated "$25.00 Cash Back on first time Insiders Club subscription sign-up".
Pretty happy with the deal (about $3 a bottle, for a decent wine selection, I guess Vs the other two 6 bottle options in the OP link). I am wondering if I should submit a missing cash back claim with r..10 to see why I only got $12.60 Vs $25.
Quick story showing the inconsistency of using links NOT from Amex.
Used the link in the OP - placed 2 separate red wine orders (6 bottles per order). Total was ~$45 per order. Got emails from Amex Platinum immediately regarding using the promo. Got 2 $35 credits from Amex a few days later. NO ISSUES
Then, once my wine arrived, and I had my credits... I did the EXACT same thing with my husband's Amex Platinum. Same link - same order - same $$$ amount. No emails from Amex however regarding using promo. (*I checked account BEFORE ordering - Promo was there already... as I add them to my card and his card at the same time whenever new promos come out). Anyways - Wine was delivered... no credits issued.
Called Amex just now - mentioned I hadn't gotten the promos. Put on hold while promo dept at Amex was called... agent came back and I was told my husband did not use the correct link. And therefore no credit.
I told them - go look at MY card - MY order... And then to tell me the difference between those orders... Same link... etc... To clearly tell me why one card got credit, no issues... and one card did not... I need to know, right? So I don't repeat this mistake again.
They looked at my card, the orders I made.. and credits I got... put me on hold for 2 min and called the promo dept back... and now my husband will be getting his 2 $35 credits.
They could not explain WHY mine went thru NO issues... and his order had issues. I told them what about people who don't have 2 Amex's. How could they prove what I just did to them... something is amiss with their system I told them. And luckily we had my account that 'worked' for them to look at.
So stupid! But, only seems to happen with this company.

I was given the same explanation that I did not use Amex link. I had a chat with wineinsider and got partial refund.
Placed two orders last night and only got 1 instant email from Amex about the credit. One order has already been shipped and the second one can't be canceled.
What's the play now? Call Amex CS and request the second credit. What proof would I have to provide? It seems Amex isn't honoring the credit with the BS excuse of not using the right link

The problem lies mostly with wineinsiders using multiple wineries to fulfill orders. Depending on which winery is used the posted charge appears differently and wineinsiders set the offer up in such a way that the offer is only honored if the charge posts a certain way.

All they would have to do is make their links checkout to the master system instead of individual fulfillers.
The charges look similar on my card. The first one went through but not the second
