You can buy Xbox gift cards, which are not excluded and triggered the offer. The Xbox gift card can be used to purchase physical items at the Microsoft store with no expiration date (that's what I found out from the thread).

The Dell gift cards are excluded.

My offer is spend $1k get $200 cash back.

Just picked up an XBOX Series X + extra controller for $547. Amex email about redeeming the offer hit the inbox immediately. Great deal - can't wait to try out current gen gaming.

I signed up the Amex Blue Cash in Dec. and I don't have the Dell or Microsoft offer, there is a 15% back Bose offer. Maybe I haven't had the card long enough??
