There's all sorts of items from Home Depot that come up as unavailable for sale in CA, while equivalent/identical products products are available at higher prices. I can't understand how those kind of Resellers make any money. I've ordered other stuff from them before and Home Depot did ship me the item. With the ebay fees, I don't understand how or why they do it.
