Uh...the seller is Amazon Warehouse. Good chance these could be close to expiration, possibly have some heat damage. Who knows the reason but there is a reason it is being sold from Amazon Warehouse and not Amazon.

Looks like it's already dead, seeing $24.80 here. The 12-pack is still listed as sold by Amazon Warehouse though, $21.22 for two - cheaper than the current $24.80 price of the single 24-pack.
