Yeah what's up with discount tire now a days. Went in for a rotation and they tried so hard to sell all new 4 tires. Still had 6/32 thread left. Very pushy. I guess they get commission on sales. Tempe AZ

Anyone else get the correct price when they went to pickup? I just noticed the receipt and it's full price so I tried to call to schedule a time to pay and install, but was put on hold for 10 minutes.

All went well today! They did have some trouble getting the discount to be applied but it worked well after a couple tries - they had to manually adjust the tire prices to get me to the deal price. All good on this end so far.

I submitted my rebate online last week. Unfortunately I received an email today. saying my claim has been declined. It says "your dealer is not on a list of participating dealers."

Got the ready for pickup email, called them and was on a 15 min hold. After that got trasferred a couple of times and finally reached the tire center. Dude said tires are here but installation can only be done in January coz of a big waitlist. He wasnt even ready to reserve the spot for Jan. Told me i have to call mid Dec to make the Jan appointment. He also said I can come pick the tires up and get them installed at a mechanic. But ill lose the free installation discount then. Sams is the worst.

Do you guys recommend any other tire place for installs ? Places which also do free rotations and TPMS and such. The Sams club price was $20 per tire.

Ended up getting 4 Continentals for my wife's car with a starting price of $630. Will come out to $418 after the deal, cashback, rebates, etc. That's only about $8 less than Amazon w/ install, but Amazon's price was crazy low vs everyone else for these particular tires plus Amazon's was a lesser value as it didn't include road hazard. My wife has blown at least 1 tire every set for the last 20 years so the road hazard always gets at least 1 free/cheap replacement.

Same here. Didnt get the pickup email, and had to check with tire center again. Phone didnt help, so had to go inperson. This was ordered Nov 7th, mind you. Tires were delivered but said will need to wait until Mid January for installation (didnt have reservations open). I ended up canceling the entire thing. So many hours lost between phone calls and checking in person. Don't go through Sam's if you need tires now. Horrible experience!
