weak point, but reviewers say that its not that bad)

good collection of slots)

1x USB 2.0 Type-A (
what USB 2.0 is doing in 2022?)
1x Combination Audio Jack
1x HDMI 2.0 (
good for 4k 60hz external monitor)
3-Cell 70WHr Li-ion Battery
Dimensions: 12.69" W x 9.09" H x 0.70" D
Weight: 3.59lbs (
~0.5lb heavier than its class!)
Overall, this not a gaming laptop and also may not be able to utilize the full power of i7-12700H, especially on sustained load, but should be plenty fast for people like me who need more RAM and a responsive machine, which can be hooked to an external monitor when needed. The biggest selling point of this laptop is it's amazing display with 120hz refresh rate. 16:10 aspect ratio gives it same vertical space as a 15.6 laptop with a 16:9 ratio.

chonky boy though.
.7" is chonky for a 12700H, upgradeable ram slot and a 70whr battery? GTFOH. Might need to hit the gym…
.2" looks to be the long rubber foot that raises the rear off of a surface to get better airflow for the monster processor.

Which means you are not getting the full performance. I'd rather pay $300 less for i5 and run at full power

Yeah, I just double checked the video and he goes over performance and says the cpu is capped at 45w max. Basically like disabling turbo.
Still a great performing laptop and you may be able to give more power with xtu or something 🤷 ♂️
At 10:40 is when he shows comparison graphs and you can see it how it does compared to full power cpus. Still bonkers for a 20 thread cpu…

If you know of one please link to it. Most of them are limited otherwise, poor screen, soldered ram only, ports limitations etc.
This and the Asus ROG Zephyrus 14" from bestbuy when it was $900 are the 2 best deals for price/performance...
Other reviews say it's majorly throttled and poor battery life. However price is low enough it's getting attractive anyway.
