For those of you arguing about supply, go to https://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-card/ . Type 3090 or whatever card you are looking for, and it will show you what is in stock, where. For instance, NewEgg has a 3090 for sale for $950. https://www.newegg.com/zotac-gefo...MFBJAA8853 . I bought a MSI 3090 from Amazon for $950 and am holding onto it to see if I can grab a 4090 or 3090ti for a good price because I have a return window until the end of January

Card works perfectly and has 2 years left in warranty, reason why i got the ASUS, warranty is transferable. Gigabyte, FE not.

It already is a fire sale. They're selling silicon far below production costs and prices are still, albeit slowly, falling. I war drummed hold the line 6 months ago and was right every time I did so. Patience is key people. This is a mediocre price for a 3090 that's half the performance of a card less than twice it's price. There is a reason it's on woot. There is a reason it's still in stock. It's like a business screaming get em' before they're gone when they have a pile of (enter item) sitting in plain sight Facepalm
So if you were building a new pc, you would wait until you have a 4090 at MSRP? Is there another strategy? Would you avoid a 3090ti?
