3 USB ports, one of which is 2.1. 1 USB C port and 1 HDMI. 5.06lbs - no surprise as it's a gaming rig. Nice price. All plastic chassis. Average screen. Very good reviews. Expect 2-3 hours max of battery life. Ram is easily upgradable and should be. The GPU isn't great, but at this price sufficient. Good entry level gamer or desktop replacement if you can leave it plugged in.

I have this model, but with the 3050. It's probably one of the worst laptops I have had the misfortune of using.

Screen is incredibly dim. The trackpad is the worst trackpad I've used on a windows laptop in a loooong time. The Keyboard is mushy and lacks any positive typing feedback. No thunderbolt really sucks but might not be a deal breaker for some. The USB A ports are incredibly tight (tight enough to make me nervous pulling usb drives out of)

It doesnt get too hot, it plays games fine (yeah i know 3050 vs 1650 here) but unless it is 100% (and I mean 100) hooked up to an external dock/monitor, look somewhere else. As soon as you actually have to use this thing as a laptop you will be shooting you self in the foot

Thank you for your questions, Ken! This laptop has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C port (supports DisplayPort 1.4 and HP Sleep and Charge), 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-A port (supports HP Sleep and Charge), and 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-A port (no additional supports). All three are SuperSpeed with a 5Gbps signaling rate. The SSD speed is not listed in the specs but it is a 512 GB 2280 PCIe-4x4 NVMe TLC M.2 SSD.
Safe bet!Applause

Agreed, same reason I doubt it has what appears to be 2 Ethernet ports as well. Must be a mix up.

I think it's what happens what there's not competition in a market. Nvidia hasn't had much of a fight in mobile discrete gpus. They can get away with not innovating and so they keep manufacturing old chips like this one. AMD and intel can take a ton of market share if they compete in mobile gpus more.

Probably true. I couldn't find a definitive answer. If having a second HDMI is important to you, however, that USB-C port will support an HDMI adapter.

I wrote that because it's old and bottlenecks the system. 3050 is the natural choice in this range. AMD has the 680M and 6800M dGPU. I'm sure they can easily beat Nvidia at the low end.
