Love my A1. Perfect viewing angle from anywhere.

Have it it just under a year. From Costco. Paid $ 799. They included a 5 year warranty (Costco 2, and they added Allstate protection, 3 more years), and one year of streaming, I picked showtime. BB destroyed their Total Tech Access program, which most people don't understand. You don't get a free second year warranty. You have to pay $ 199 each year to get protection beyond year one. They can unilaterally deny your renewal without cause. I was a BB customer and ran for the hills when they made the change.

It's a low end OLED...If you want 120hz with VRR and HDMI 2.1, you're going to pay a premium, at least 799 or so....

Nice small bedroom set for Netflix, or whatever flix you crave. This set gets to 542 nits of brightness, which isn't bad for OLED.

the basic differences between the A1 and A2 seem to be that the A2 is a bit brighter, but it has slightly worse viewing angles. This years model is a mixed bag, where some things are a little better, while others are a little worse.

[The A2 removed the Analog Audio 3.5mm output]

I'm aware of image retention/burn-in. Anyone hear if this would make a good work monitor? Price is enticing!

I use a CX 48" as my main monitor and love it, but the 60hz and lower brightness make me hesitant to recommend this. It's also very large which is something you'll have to deal with via a large deep desk or wall mount. Personally I'd recommend holding out on the new 42" models to go on sale, but it will be a long while before they reach this price.

Rats. I've loved gaming since the early 70's. I wasn't aware that all the cool kids only played when the latest and greatest case of whatever angry pandapox disease/virus is trending. Frown
