You should be able to or just contact BestBuy.com if it's a .com order. But some stores make you bring the product back I think.

I would try online first, then maybe just drag the box back and see if they will do it that way.

The new one is regularly at $550 and sometimes less. I've seen Open Box Excellent at $480 locally. There is no rush on this one.

If you're willing to stretch your budget a little, the 48" C2 and C3 often appear on woot at or below $700.

Simple....Purchase the new one and cancel the open box order. I'd make certain that the new order gets processed prior to canceling the old order. If you're near a BB store, they can handle it all for you there. Based on your post, you don't have the TV in your possession, so it should be easy.

I replaced our tv in the bedroom with the $550 A2 and it's gorgeous.
It's too bright if all the lights are off so you need to go to settings.
It's a day and night difference coming from a regular LED tv.
Just wait for the $550 new and you will not be disappointed.
