For the vast majority of people who don't actually care about 120hz, and don't know the first thing about frame rates, but still want a gorgeous picture, without having to pay the money for a TV that has 120hz.

It's not that difficult to understand. I'm not one of those people (I have a C2), but I understand that not everyone wants/needs the same thing I do.

Scripted TV shows and movies are filmed at 24hz. 120hz is only useful for sports and video games.
It's an "A Series"… it's entry level…if you were upset about this TV being 60hz, you aren't the consumer LG is going for with this series. *Most* people shop on price, not on individual specs like that, and they'd be perfectly happy with it over something like a $600 TCL, Hisense or Samsung LCD tv.
Fine for a bedroom TV or PC monitor though.

I bought this recently and returned. The refresh rate of 60Hz kills this TV for watching sports. Or maybe I'm spoiled because my 2014 Samsung 7000 series 46" 3-D HDTV has a much better picture than this TV and seems to be sharper and clearer for some reason. A 9 year newer TV should be better than the old one.

Good deal for a mediocre tiny OLED to watch your cooking shows on
Fine for a bedroom TV or PC monitor though.

A & B series have 60hz, I think lol not sure about the newer B3 displays
I don't understand the logic of using 60Hz on OLED
