Edit: If you get a 6 1/2 inch saw I would recommend getting a thin kerf blade like Diablo, it makes the saw much more capable of cutting well.

Basically shop around, rear handle I don't see any deals (and picked this up to hack from Home Depot), top handle I see better deals if you're not going to hack the order.

This one is rear handle and heavier, but blade is still on the left (easier to use for righties). Already have enough batteries and chargers. Use case is building a floating deck for now, and having a circ saw for the future…
But it really depends on what you're using it for.
It comes down to personal preference.
