FYI: This is the style that has a rack at the bottom of the fryer bucket. So if you cook something greasy, and decide to "pour" your food out of the bucket, the grease may come with it.

I've got a 4qt model of this fryer and have loved it for the past 6 months. Use it daily. The nonstick coating has started to wear away on mine. Wanted a bigger one.
Bought this 8qt model today and have it currently running in the garage to burn off the "new" smell.
