Love that they're soy free.
The fiber concerns me. It's "corn soluble fiber" which is trademarked as Promitor. Anyone know anything about this? From what I'm reading, it's basically dehydrated corn syrup. I can't rationalize how that's worth ingesting. I've switched to Barebells (their soy free options) and doubled down on natural fiber sources.

That article seems to praise the soluble corn fiber, but we've seen everything praised from cigarettes to insulin/blood glucose wrecking artificial sweeteners. Anything short of raw food, which you source yourself, is suspect these days.

After I placed the order I saw the post for the B1G1 on blueberry. Forfeited the 25% off as it was single use but still was able to get two boxes at ~ $18 with 15% S&S.
I typically buy these boxes anytime I can get them at $1 per bar as after gym snacks or to supplement a meal if I'm on the go and don't have healthy options.
