EXTREME shilling going on with this. 45% of current reviewers are shills with previously-removed reviews.
Obviously, this is garbage.

The critical reviews prove it: https://www.amazon.com/Traveler-E...geNumber=1

Only a 3.6/5 rating from honest reviewers.

Obviously, a paid SD ad...
after travelling thru' airports with a 4 wheel spinner, it is super hard to get back to a 2-wheeler.
Decent find op. I would've pulled the trigger had it been the 4 wheel option.

According to your own link the "Adjusted Rating" rating is 4.3 out of 18,852 Ratings not 3.6.

Sure...they have given out almost 18K of free suitcases (total 22K from Amazon's count) and paid SD in order to trick a a half dozen people here to pay less than cost for a single SKU...LOL.

And "critical reviews prove it?" 6% of reviews offset the other 22....THOUSAND? Wow, are you a statistician? Have you read any of the reviews you are linking to? One woman mad it isn't approved for flight attendants, another claiming Amazon didn't ship the small bag, several people whining it doesn't stand by itself (which is a packing issue not a design flaw)...just amazing.

BTW, you do realize all these websites that claim to rate Amazon reviews are using funky algorithms not based on any real science nor checked by a 3rd party? Heck, Fake Spot gives Amazon's GiftCard reload a "F" with. Guess 100,000+ reviews isn't quite enough for a "D?"

FWIW: Previous job was flying weekly across the US for Market Research firm. I had a two wheel and I loved the thing, still use it any time I am on a business or personal trip. I personally don't like the 4 wheel ones, got one as a gift and it is still in the same spot I put it closet two years later from when I got back home from first trip with it.

There are pros and cons to both, but unlike technology or other items that actually are measurable differences (i.e. better processor on a computer is an obvious measurement, whereas, the fit of a t-shirt is a preference), there is no need to go 4-wheel to get the best experience as a blanket statement, it's just a matter of preference.

What part of this don't you understand?
4.2/5
From Take-Back Reviewers

3.6/5
From Reviewers Without Previously Deleted Reviews

Me thinks you complain too much. Are you a shill, too? Or just gullible?

So you are just cherry picking the number you want which suits the opinion you made before all your "ReSeArCh?"

You are the guy complaining TWO suitcases for $30...DELIVERED might only be worth 3.5 stars according to a set of algorithms you couldn't explain if your life depended on it, from a 3rd party you have no idea about the creditability of. Oh, and 3.5 out of 5 is still a vast majority of satisfied customers per your numbers. How terrible!!!

Only 22K reviews "prove" you are wrong by your own criteria. You made the rules, not me Wink

Perhaps you were hired by the competition to slander this product? Thats the only reason to explain why someone spends so much time researching things they never intending to buy only to slam them on a random web forum....attacking anyone who dares express a different opinion. Makes so much more sense than a manufacturer giving out tens of thousands of free suitcases. Hiring you would be far cheaper and less outlandish.

Honestly, if you hate SD so much, why are you here? Reminds me of the people who turn on the news channel they hate then yell for hours at a TV which can't listen. The only thing the activity proves is mental health in America is a real issue.

BTW, screaming "shill" at everyone who you disagree with is paranoia not skepticism.

Bought this in red about a year ago, but zippers only lasted less than that time. It's got sturdy wheels but I would ONLY use it as carry on mainly. When it's packed pretty full it tends to tip over on its front, which is mildly annoying. The tote thing is pretty nice and sturdy, I just gave it to my mom. For anyone who's tried to wheel 4 wheel spinner luggage around the old cobblestone streets in Europe, 2 wheels are def the way to go. If you need a throwaway cheap carry on, this def works, but the zippers specifically do not hold up to check-in well. I'll likely look for another sturdier one with better quality zippers/balance

Fakespot gives it a D as in "Do not buy".

But seriously I did buy it once and ended up replacing it with something else as this one did not last very long for me.

So by odd chance my gf just bought this set for an upcoming trip because her regular carryon is too big for air france's rules (boo!).

Initial thoughts on it:
- it's VERY light (if weight is a concern)
- appears reasonably durable
- no obvious flaws in construction
- the extra bag is...cheapy. I doubt it'll hold up well but it DOES fit the 'small personal item' measurements.

Having said that, this is a decent option for a carryon if you treat them well and don't want to spend a lot of money. If you stuff it full/heavy and check it I doubt it'll last more than a few trips before stuff starts coming apart.

IDK why everyone's so excited about 4 wheel suitcases. I can't stand them, especially for carryon suitcases. They also waste a ton of space for those stupid spinner wheel. To each their own I guess.

Great for summer on 2 wheels, but 4 wheel drive is better for winter.

Fakespot gives Amazon giftcard reload a "F" with 100,000 reviews. If they can't catch that error...what will they catch?

Fakespot has never worked and never will. A Magic 8 Ball is more reliable.

It is never check with the tote bag strapped on. The tote bag is the personal item. Most airlines do not gate check the personal item. I've seen backpacks bigger than the rollerboards and usually go thru without being checked..

So many hate two wheeler. I love it. Yes, it is not as easy to move around as a 4 wheeler. However, it is much stronger design. I travel internationally, usually two-weeks at a time, for vacation. I only use carry-on because a baggage delay can easily ruins the vacation as I many times need to move on to other places once landed. Good two-wheeler holds more stuff and last forever on all kinds of road condition. I've used a two-wheeler for over 20 years until my son threw it away without my knowledge. I since have destroyed four 4-wheelers, usually broken wheels.

I agree with you 100%. The 4-wheelers are great if one never check or bag or have to walk on uneven services. Otherwise, one get a lot more mileage with the 2 wheels. Plus the extra space of not having the wheels be a factor when they check the size of the carry on.

I had a carryon two wheeler which cost $50 and lasted about 800k miles before the wheels start to wobble.
