I had a chat with Samsung rep and they were giving $75 discount codes again for this. Using my edu account. I got it for $237 and after applying the code of $75. I got it for $162 plus tax.

If it's anything like their refrigerators or dishwashers don't do it. I've had nothing but problems with both.

I've had my Samsung fridge for probably 10 years and never had a problem with it. No problems with my Jetbot + vacuum so far either. Both work great.

I was able to get a $75 off coupon from the chat rep. The first chat rep I used was unable to provide one. But I tried another rep by clicking the "Chat About Black Friday Deals" link on the top right of the page. They were able to add the vacuum to cart along w/my $75 discount and send me a link to finish checkout. My normal EPP discount also applied itself. Nice!

I too have had bad luck with their reps, one basically said stop trying to rip us off it's already heavily discounted, others play dumb like discount, what discount?

So...i ended up getting two codes before this post was made. The trick is to ask a code for a non-heavily discounted item. I did it with the samsung jet 75...i asked "I was looking at the jet 75+, do you guys have discounts for this?" The codes work for all the vacuums/several appliances such as the air dresser.

This is just my experience...it's possible that with so many people asking now it won't work.
