Didn't someone here say the 50k max points you can accumulate on one year is equivalent to $500? That's the catch, $500 a year is nowhere near worth that amount of effort

A: Yes! Even if you rent outside of the Bilt Rewards Alliance, you can still use Bilt to earn points on rent with the Bilt Mastercard. As long as your landlord uses an online payment portal or accepts checks, you can use Bilt with no transaction fees.
You can use the Bilt Mastercard and earn rewards on rent at any property where you can pay by (i) online payment portal (e.g. ClickPay®, etc.), (ii) Venmo or Paypal or (iii) physical check.

Doubtful, can't pay a secured loan with an unsecured loan. At least not knowingly to the financial institution.
Most mortgage companies don't allow credit card payments anyway do they? Wish mine did…
