i remember when they tried to screw me over and i had to get paypal with the backing of my cc involved. they only shipped one of two same items and tried to give the tracking number of the shipment as proof they sent both. PFFT!

I just received mine from this post today, and I was a bit worried after some of these comments... for no reason. It says free gift on the box, but that looks to be referring to the pot holders (which are now the nicest potholders I have, way better than the standard fare from Walmart/amazon). The roaster itself is very nice IMHO, and more than thick enough to be sturdy, heat evenly and well, etc. The finish is also super nice, this sure seems like an excellent deal for All-Clad anything, especially a roaster. I would like to have had a rack/grate and cover as well, but of course that would cost way more, so hopefully I can get some cheap stuff from Amazon that will do the trick.
