Showing 799 for me, 869 for the 256g. I'll keep watching, BB has it (128g) for 599 and my trade in seems a bit better through them since I can't seem to get the trade in bonus Frown guess that's what I get for holding on to my note 9

There are two options at checkout. If you accept the partial instant discount the bonus $200 is refunded as a store credit voucher. If you want the full value refunded to your payment method you choose the cashback option, but there is no instant discount.

While there are lucky ones that got almost brand new ones for that price, plenty got burned by not so great condition phones, including me from that deal. BB sent "excellent" condition packages with missing accessories, no box, and used up devices that didn't appear new.

This one is priced higher, but at least it doesn't involve any rolling the dice to get what you're buying.

I've read many reports on the OnePlus reddit where people never received their trade in bonus credits. OP support is non-existent and is absolutely useless should anything go wrong. The instant trade in is fine, just the bonus is what people seem to have problems with later on.

I've read many reports on the OnePlus reddit where people never received their trade in bonus credits. OP support is non-existent and is absolutely useless should anything go wrong. The instant trade in is fine, just the bonus is what people seem to have problems with later on.
I actually did a trade in early this year with them and got my credit. Now I'm unsure if this $200 bonus will come as a store credit or not based on a previous comment. I may have read my options wrong. The website isn't very clear, but my last trade-in came as a refund to my CC about 3 weeks later.

It's strange people saying this about OnePlus support. In my experience, OnePlus customer service has been excellent, even better than Samsung or Google or Apple, they even fully refunded a phone order for me past return window. Maybe I was just lucky?

I never dealt with their CS personally. Just sharing what I read on the subreddit, but it's good to hear that some didn't have problems with them.

My personal experience, Samsung has been excellent where they gave me extra credits any time they made mistakes, Google was horrible and Apple I never had to contact.

Yeah, I am wary of the bad reputation, especially as of late based on many comments. I did have a technical support issue with using a coupon code once and they were worthless. This price point was low enough for me to pull the trigger and take a bit of a risk.

Definitely not Samsung. I would rather go with iPhone if force me.
