If you buy the 22' ladder, its 19' fully extended, this deal is for the "18 foot" ladder, which is 15' foot fully extended, and has a "reach height" of 18 feet. (see product specs).

Excellent deal. I have this exact ladder, and it's my workhorse around the house and building my vegetable garden (trellises, etc). Sometimes people comment about Gorilla ladders being too heavy, but I am a woman and carry it with one arm. The weight hasn't been an issue at all for me.

Depends on your use case. This ladder does many many things that a murphy ladder can't, and so is probably better. If you don't need a tall ladder, and storage/transport space is most important, you might prefer a murphy.

True, it only felt heavy when I'm in good clothes and forgot to put the dirty ladder back inside. Smilie

This is my go to ladder - yes it's Heavy, but has a small footprint once it's folded down which make it easy to store. Had to check but purchased this ladder for $79.88 back on 11/07/2020 at HD through a Slickdeal post also.

$20 less 2 years ago (inflation...) but I'd pay $99 if I needed a new one today.

You for it for $79? I got one ... Pre-pandemic for $99 on a daily deal just like today. That one was stolen (good riddance to that neighborhood) I'm happy to pick up another one at this price. The platform hook ins are well worth it for those wondering.
