I bought this back in November. It worked alright up until a week ago. The power button started sticking and wouldn't shut it off, if you turn the pressure up the whole device just shuts off and the only way to start it again is to unplug and plug back in. I contacted their customer service and they were pretty terrible. They sent one message asking a bunch of questions and troubleshooting tips, then when nothing panned out they said I needed to buy a single plug surge protector. There's no way I'm buying something extra just to get their product to work, if it's needed it should be included or be mentioned on the box. But again, it worked fine for 6/7 months so I don't believe that is the issue. I'm just going to return it to Costco and never buy another one of their products.
