I think the difference between the AZ1810 and AZ2002 are the colors and a powered attachment that is included with the AZ2002. As noted in a post below, the AZ2002 may have a more powerful motor.
I'm not sure exactly where the UV850 falls in the Shark lineup (I don't see it on the Shark website aside from the owner's manual), but the Stratos and Vertex vacuums are generally the most expensive in the Shark lineup. The UV850 is similar to this vacuum in several ways (head width, liftaway feature, roller design), but it is a notch below it.
Edit: I've purchased and tested both the AZ1810 and the AZ2002. They are similar vacuums, but the AZ2002 is clearly the better vacuum. It has a larger motor, the dust container is larger, the attachments are better (the AZ2002 has an extra vacuum powered attachment) and the over feel of the AZ2002 is better. If you can get past the color scheme on the AZ2002, you can buy it at Bed Bath & Beyond for $200 after a 20% off coupon.

I actually bought this one particular model a week ago from Walmart because of the price, but may end up returning it. Upon doing a quick research, this particular model has different specs than the other Vertex model. It's not just the color differences. It is less powerful and just two accessories.
I ordered the Shark Vertex at Best Buy model number 2002 and it's on sale right now for $250.
Where did you find these specs? How much less powerful?

Comparing the manuals, the 'speed' version has a 940w motor, and the '2000/2002' model has a 1400w motor.
I suspect that the 'speed' version is using the same 940w motor as the shark rotator. And if that's true, independent tests (vacuumwars) claim the actual performance difference between the two is quite minimal.
Just took mine out of the box, used it for 10 minutes…….it's DEAD! Unbelievable 🫤 I bought a different Shark a few months ago and dead after 93 days. Thankfully the store let me return it after their 90 day policy. I'm done with Shark brand.

I couldn't find the AZ2002 on sale at BBB last night so I ordered the AZ1810 from Walmart. I checked BBB again this morning and found it on sale for $250. Not sure if I missed it or the sale price wasn't showing yesterday. I was able to get it for $187.50 (before tax) after applying a 25% off coupon that was in loaded in my account. I cancelled my Walmart order.

You're welcome! I'm glad I checked BB&Bs website again this morning. Not sure if it deserves it's own deal post, if anyone wants to post it, go for it.

I tried the 20% coupons we all receive reguarly and a special 25% off coupon for black Friday, but the website specifically states that coupons can't be applied. I tried all the discounts and codes anyway. It rejects any additional coupons or discounts.
I tried using every available BBB coupon and discount code, none work, as stated on the product page. I can't see how anyone can get it for $200. The Kohls' deal is the best I've seen on the 2002 model.

I was definitely able to buy the Shark AZ2002 at Bed Bath & Beyond earlier this month for $200 after applying a 20% code I received for signing up for emails. I bought a $200 BBB egift card through Discover using my cashback, making my out of pocket cost $160 for this vacuum.

re, BBB, I can't get the coupon to work, says items in cart are not eligible for coupon. Coupon doesn't list Shark from what I can tell
edit: the BBB page says "excluded from coupons." feels bad
