Not sure how this is a front page deal. I'm old enough to have gone to a Don Knotts movie in the theater (Apple Dumplin Gang Rides Again). It was part of a children's matinee series that my mom paid 25 cents per show for. That's about what any Don Knotts film is still worth.

This is an example of a movie that should have transferred into the public domain already. It's over 50 years old, and almost everyone associated with making it is already dead. Why am I paying $5 for this? Who is getting money for it? Our copyright system is fundamentally broken.
