I am actually typing on my older Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite (2020) tablet. I highly recommend the s6 lite tablets. I have various tablets and the s6 lite is my favorite. It lives up to its high score 4.7 out of 5 score (154 reviews).

I use the Fintie Slim case and I have been happy with it. It costs $12.99.

If you click on the link there are two of the same tablets but one is 289.99 what's the difference between the two? it looks like they have different skus but everything else is the same?

It has the s pen which the other cheaper Samsung tabs do not support. This model also has updated processor compared to the older s6 lite. So all around better experience

It's been this price for at least a week on Amazon. I know this because my gf's mom put my travel bag in the wash with mine in it. I found her the cheapest price to replace it with.

Thanks. I just added Amazon in the description.

I noticed it said "Tab S6 Lite Refresh" in the series description. It kind of sounds like renewed or refurbished but this tablet is brand new and the "refresh" is simply refresh from the 2020 model with the improved processor and longer support.

Is the S8 tablet for $230 around? I searched S8 tablet deal on slickdeals and there was a 128GB Galaxy Tab S8 deal (87 thumbs up) on sale for $400 with a trade-in of an eligible Galaxy or iPad tablet. That is far more than $230. Considering the additional trade-in requirement, the S8 deal is pretty much almost 3 times more than the S6 Lite. If one doesn't require flagship performance, I don't think one should pay huge bucks for a phone or tablet. If the Samsung Galaxy S8 tablet has a crazy sale, go for it but that isn't the case here.

I've been looking for a tablet and for some strange reason this one ISN'T IPS... any reason why it's worth getting over a similarly priced IPS with good specs, like the lenovo M10 plus gen 3?
