Used this $10 off $25+ offer during the Aug-Sep deals 6 times over 2 cards. Received credit for 4 times only.
For the UberOne membership offer , used it 4 times and 0 credits received.
Citi hasn't perfected transaction based deals yet like Amex.
offer T&C say taxes/fees excluded. in your experience did it matter if the charge was $25+ but subtotal was less than $25.
Any got $10 off on any uber order offer? It sounds like a money maker? What if I make a small trip worth less than $10. Do I still get $10 back from Citi?
Also, I wonder why this offer is not posted. Seems like a much better offer than $10 off of $25+
Just thought I would mention that all my Postmates charges are showing up as "Uber" in Citi now. So I am hoping this 50% off coupon code I tried to stack will trigger the additional $10 Uber Eats merchant offer on my double case card. Will report back if it does.
As has been mentioned before, my $23.50 order with a $5 tip was split into 2 transactions, so I suspect it's going to be a no go for me. Is it worth asking Citi about or do I just need to take the L?
I can confirm PayPal doesn't work (unfortunate for those of us with PayPal uberone deal). My first order through PayPal did not get the credit, but my next two direct with the cc got the $10 back. My offer allowed 3 times.
Uber eats raises the actual price of most items so even for pickup they are charging you more per item. I still use it but just fyi.
For pickup you can probably just call the place directly and pay less.
Absolutely! If the restaurant is so popular, then Uber eats price will be actual restaurant price + 3$ to 5$ per menu item. If its an okay restaurant then 1.5$ to 2.5$ price increase per menu item. I don't mind if they add such increase as a fee instead. But this is total scam!!!

Citi does not care about subtotal ..
Just the total amount charged on the card in one transaction should be over the specified trigger limit
