And as a reminder for anyone who is current or ex-military, you can get 25% off for LIFE on Disney+ by signing up through the AAFES website. You'll need to let your current subscription expire and then use the AAFES link the next day to get that promotion. Would stack with this deal and any others. One account per AAFES membership.
Not bad for another year. Especially since it's going up significantly next month.
Added: Figured it out, turns out I needed to only sing into shopmyexhange AFTER I clicked the authenticate button.
original question:
When I try to get the military discount, it doesn't redirect me to Disney Plus. I'm signed in with shopmyexchange.com, I click Authenticate Now on the deal link[xvuestreaming.com], and it just takes me to another page on the Exchange site that has no mention of Disney Plus. Am I doing something wrong?
Ok, got the military discount - and now there's no option to bundle Hulu unless I switch to a pay monthly plan. I resubbed to Hulu and it no longer let's me bundle Disney plus AND, my plan that had been $12 with the disney bundle before I cancelled it all to get the military discount (or $12.99 before I added the bundle) is now $14.99 a month (I get the ad-free plan). Did I just spend around $48 a year to save $20 on the military discount, or was the Hulu rate going to go up anyway even if I kept the original bundle I had?

AFAIK, the military 25% discount only applies to Disney+ and only to the annual plan, at least in the US. It's also for the ad-free version. I'm not sure if you can get any bundle discount on top of that, and I would wager it wouldn't apply if you had to switch to monthly billing.
Personally, I don't do a bundle so I can't help you. I will say that doing monthly is probably something you should avoid. Not only does it cost more per month, but the rates are going up with all providers. Disney+ is going from $79.99 to $109.99/year next month, so locking in the lower rate ($59.99 with military discount) is definitely something worth doing. The monthly rate is also going up from $7.99 to $10.99 next month. People who want the old $79.99/$7.99 plan will get ads, which is something I'd not pay for.
For Hulu, I've always just done the 12-month promos that usually come out this month (Black Friday) where you pay $1.99/month. Not sure if they are doing that this year, but they have every year in the past. It has ads, but we only watch a couple shows on Hulu anyway, so the ~$2/month promo price wasn't too bad for dealing with that. Granted if you watch Hulu a lot, that might not be great (ads), but they usually have promos you could save money on for the ad-free version as well.
Again, personally for me, I would definitely want to take advantage of the military 25% off promo since it's for 'life'. Next year, when prices go up to $109.99, you'll end up saving ~$27.50, bringing the cost down to about what it is now. That's definitely a good deal vs trying to chase promotions every year. Plus it would stack with things like the Chase credit.
That line is in the T&C of all offers, but I think it's mainly for restaurants offers, i.e., if you order via UberEat or Doordash, then the restaurant offers won't work.
I just did the D+ renewal for $60.

Thanks, good points. We go for ad-free hulu just because we can't stand ads. Hulu doesn't have a discount on the annual plan if you're doing ad-free, but I'll keep an eye out.

nm. finally got it to work when I logged out of disney and just login again after being redirected from the promo page. so to answer my own question below, email address does not have to be the same.
original question:
Did you have to use the same email address for shopmyexchange and disney? Have a different email with disney when I signed up 3 years ago and I let my subscription expire on 11/12, so now I am looking for the best deal as one of my kids is pestering me when we will get it again . When I get redirected to disney it is showing 79.99 for the plan and no mention of 25% discount.

So you were able to then sign up for the trio bundle after logging out and back in with the military discount intact?
Yes, i think most of us who subscribe to 3yr D+ deal expires on 11/12.
This is the email i received from Disney.
"We wanted to remind you that your Disney+ annual subscription will automatically renew for $79.99 on November 12, 2022. Your payment method on file will be charged unless you cancel your subscription before then"
So i went and change my payment method from Paypal to chase.
It looks like you pulled up an old email for 2022. The new email is: "We wanted to let you know that the price of your subscription will change to $139.99 per year on November 12, 2023."
My 2022 subscription was also $79.99 and is changing to $139.99.
Also, don't you have to click on the "Offer" link while logged into your Chase account (which will open up Disney+) to activate the offer? I wouldn't think that just because you changed your payment method to Chase right before your account auto renews that the Chase Offer would get applied. There needs to be a link (offer code) between Chase and Disney+.

No, it's 20% of the total that you paid up to $16 cb. I'm getting another$12.50 cb from MS, others have mentioned another cb site offering the same
.
Got it for $54.59 after all taxes/discounts.
$79.99 - 25% AAFES Discount = $59.99
$59.99 + $8.25 (Taxes) = $68.24
$68.24 - 20% Chase Discount = $54.59

I just signed up for Disney+, which is what I had previously. Paid 59.99 instead of 79.99.
Don't see it on my Chase Sapphire Reserve
