Not seeing the black version on the rebate form, only the white one which is a lot more expensive at Amazon.

Yup, it is for the Black SFX PSU because only the UPC bar code # match.

The rebate is for the Black SFX 750 watts (MPY-7501-SFHAGV-US).
The same also goes for the Black SFX 850 watts (MPY-8501-SFHAGV).

depending on your risk tolerance & CPU. SFX PSU's probably don't have nearly as much head room or over specification compared to ATX PSU
