OP - you can stream all Paramount+ content with this free month, you are not limited to just the Lower Decks series as your post indicates. Should be updated just to mention 1 free month of Paramount+ (without any restriction or requirement to only watch Lower Decks). Thank you.

Check out the TrekCulture channel on YouTube. In all of their reviews, they have a section called Cetacean Observations, where they list all of the references to previous Trek episodes.

With Lower Decks, it's always a very long segment!

lower decks is great if you're a trekkie - TONS of inside jokes from old episodes of trek. If you're not a fan of old trek, it'd probably just be ok...
