This is awesome for the price!
I've heard that the screen can have ghosting effects… Even though it's a high refresh screen, the response time is slow. Like 35ms GtG. Just a heads up for those 1%ers… I don't know if that ever got fixed since this laptop was released.
PS: I'd be all over this, but I literally just bought one, through other means, for a little cheaper. 😉

Hella good deal.
I've been looking for two weeks really hard at eBay, OfferUp, Mercari, Reddit… was about to settle on a 4900hs/2060 for $650… I don't need all that power… but was able to snag a 5900hs/3060 for around $750 shipped.
Had to settle for that. 😅😂🤣
PS: How's this a 5800hs? The one I got is a 5900hs… 🤔

Totally agree with the backlit keyboard. I'm usually tolerant with cosmetic stuffs but this one, I just can't tolerate. Anyone who designed and passed QA on this design flaw needs to be fired on the spot. Light on white makes no sense.
The reason being... it caters to a very few audience. Small form factor, powerful but dumbdown gpu and cosmetic flaws. Gaming is compromised and for those wanting some light gaming and portability, battery performance is poor at best. They tried to cater to a broader audience and ended up turning away most users.
