2. You're not going to find an oval version because of the nature of pressure cookers. If you need more area, you could get the 8 qt version.
3. The browning function is called saute on instant pots.
But if you wanted multiple external clamps to lock down, I bet you could make one oval.

1) stainless steel insert,non non stick
2) oval not round for more surface area for browning
3)brown function
I still can't find one that meets all of these requirements so I will continue to just use my me cruset dutch oven all the time
Without it being able to meet all those requirements I still need to or rather use a separate pan for browning which kinda eliminates the purpose
