1. Instant pot inner pots are not non-stick, just stainless steel.
2. You're not going to find an oval version because of the nature of pressure cookers. If you need more area, you could get the 8 qt version.
3. The browning function is called saute on instant pots.

I think the Nature of a circle for turning a lid that locks in place is pretty important for a pressure cooker. A crock pot doesn't have to have a tight seal to work.
But if you wanted multiple external clamps to lock down, I bet you could make one oval.

If you can find one that has the air fryer capability, it's definitely worth it. I use mine at least once a day every day. Best purchase I've ever made.

Without it being able to meet all those requirements I still need to or rather use a separate pan for browning which kinda eliminates the purpose
I have this model and you can sauté meats and veggies. But you will have to cut it down to pieces for that to work.

All of the different modes are just a convenience, as almost everything can be done using the pressure mode with varying times. I've had my IP for over 7 years, and use it 99% of the time in that default mode.

Pretty sure they meant pressure cookers in general. they aren't all circular

As an obsolete model I would not buy Duo to save $20. The Pro has already been $80 ths year and could be again, Fot that you get digital temperature control to det to the degree with read out , advenced sensors and better operation, hieh watteage heater, a markely better lld with swich stean release, large LCD sisplay, flat bottom stainless steel pot heavy duty inner pot with silicon handls that works as a sock pot and for serving. Pro can dry roast, bke, steam without pressure, warm soak and fement. There is leaa chance of a steam burn, has a strean diffuser and a better float valve. Time to finish is faster and easier when you begin a chili or a souo on the stove. Try then both and see for yourself.

I got the 8 qt. From SD last time for around $80. At first I was upset because it was so big and seemed excessive for a single dude. But let me tell you this thing done chanced my life. I use this thing once a week to meal prep and my health has drastically improved.

No more eating out because it's quick. 30 minutes of prep feeds you for days. And it's so yummy.

Buy this shit if you trying to eat right.

Not true at all. Many products are the same exact model in different packaging with a Costco item code/UPC. Maybe the instant pot is different, but this doesn't apply to every Costco club version.
