If your store doesn't have the s22+ in stock can you do trade in and they order phone to be shipped to your house or their store for free?

I'm reading through all the thread and previous one on this and trying to make sense of it. So the steps are:
  1. Purchase S22+ in store only, no online order for store pickup
  2. Mention the Samsung trade in special to an associate that knows
  3. Trade in old phone with said employee and get credit back
