When I did it online on previous unlocked Samsung deals, I think the enhanced trade in value was showing on my order/checkout page. So I just had to show up at the mobile kiosks and show them my trade and I'm out in 15 minutes. It will help if the rep knows the Samsung enhanced value trade in deal. You can show them the eligible trade in list that's on their website.

If it's me I'd order online, without the trade and once I pick up, I'd tell the rep I'd like to do a trade in with the Samsung unlocked promo. Worst comes worst if they give you a hard time you can always not proceed with the deal and cancel your order while in the store for a full refund.

Yes you have to go in store and tell them you want to do the Samsung enhanced trade in promo. If the rep knows what's he's doing it would be an easy deal. A few months back some reps are clueless and a lot of customers leave the store frustrated cuz they did not get the deal. By this time it's been on a few months and I surely hope even a newbie knows who to ask for help in case they don't know the deal.
