Just going to put in my experience. Went to the Best Buy in Anaheim around noon. Only one phone associate working so had to wait a bit for service. He knew about the promo and it was very smooth. Traded my personal use S21, always in a case so it passed the quality check and IEIM check.

Backed up my data on Google cloud and Google photo. I have the $15/month kickstarter from Sprint from a few years ago so I'm never going to upgrade my line until they force me to, so I told him I did not need activation. He also told me they charge for data transfer, so pass on that.

He had to dig around for my S21 in the system because it was unlocked but found the right model/color. Took my fingerprint and ID, printed out a voucher for $600 credit for trade in and issued a $200 gift card. I chose to go with the Flip 4 for something different a slightly higher credit if I want the S23 next year.

Surprised to see it charged me taxes for the whole $899 price of the Flip 4, but was not going to argue that. Came out to $123 OTD for a fairly new phone with a gimmick. Remembered to take out my sim card before trading it in, activated new phone on T-Mobile website and currently restoring the back up from the cloud. Nice find TC.

Hi . Can anyone help here as what to mention on additional $250 off on t-mobile or At&t at store ? I visited two BB stores no ones knows about this, and everyone says only $100 extra off for a new line

Will I be charged by tmobile for the 250 dollar TMO activation GC if I activate it and then switch my Sim to my old phone?

I'm in the same boat brother. I traded for the s22 ultra while it was 900 dollars, so I'm not too pissed I guess.

I didn't even had to ask for the deal. They had a print out of trade in vales displayed at the counter. Went in asked if they had 128 gb in black. He got it from the back, gave him s21 from amazon. He checked the device and imei on system to make sure not stolen etc. Then processed the transaction. Took about 20 mins. First trade in needs to be processed which will generate a $600 coupon and $200 bb gift card. Now when you buy s22+ he will apply coupon and gc. Remaning gc balance is yours

I order s22+ over the phone through a BB rep and my order is expected to be picked up at store on 16th. The rep told me that I should be able to do the same trade in offer at the store. Not sure if it would work. If tradein doesn't work I will return s22+ then an there, end of story.

based on previous experience,it's unadvertised.Go through the whole process: trade-in/buy unlocked s22+/activate on tmobile.All the discounts should show up a tthe end.Goodluck!

Thrilled about the $250 activation GC from ATT/Tmobile.
Since I only have a prepaid ATT account (not sure if prepaid qualifies as account upgrade), should I just get a new postpaid account/number from ATT/TMobile first, then go to the store in order to get the 250 gc? I will then cancel this new account tomorrow.
