Does anyone know if you can activate a phone on T-Mobile if you recently closed your account? I.e., if you opened an account, added a line, and then canceled the line, is there a cool off period before you can create a new line?

I have an account number and they did a credit check when I opened it recently, just no lines are currently active on the account.

Does anyone know what the refund amount is if you return the phone unopened? Do you still get the full (sale) price back? I really want the S22 Ultra, thinking of buying the S22+ and holding onto it to see if the Ultra goes on sale before the return window expires.

I feel ya. I really liked my s21U. Only traded in because it was so cheap and will make it cheaper to upgrade to an S23 in the future.

Went into the store with a locked Verizon s21 from Verizon for about 350 and they took the phone as trade in and ordered an s22+ 256gb shipped to my house for just tax, pretty nice and it only took like a half hour. Guy in the store mentioned wanting to go buy a phone off of Facebook and trading himself so he was definitely aware onto what I was doing Smilie

I've seen just a couple of people say they were successful in trading in 2 phones to buy 1 phone. Has anyone tried that and failed, or is it actually a thing?

You should be able to get the full amount back within 14 days if unopened. But not sure if you could get your trade in phone back when returning the S22+.
