Yeah, it is a total crapshoot. I received a "good - ebay refurbished" phone today that had a terribly scratched screen with scratches that look like cracks, and the other with no major scratches but faint screen burn. In the past "good" has resulted in almost perfect phones, so sellers are now upping the condition of crappy phones to meet the demand. I think it may only be safe to buy "very good" phones now. Thankfully, the s21s I bought have free return shipping, but it is still annoying to go through the trouble of shipping the phone back and then waiting for a refund.

Was able to trade-in S20 5G and got S22+ for 200$

Thanks. But even if I order one now, I likely wont get it by Monday and I'll miss the $250 off S22+ deal because someone said sign ends the 13th which is Sunday

Just come back from Best Buy. Did T-Mobile activation, no new line add. Just upgrade my existing number on T-Mobile One plan. I can say that I didn't have to pay anything extra out of my pocket. Actually got $200 gift card which I used to buy the Samsung S view case for $26+ tax . Used that gc and the receipt show the remaining credit of $171. Definitely do the activation. I am in California

I think the additional $250 activation party is over.. atleast in Bay area California...the rep said their system wasn't supposed to stack those and they made changes today that won't allow it anymore

They might not be aware of this trade in offer. I would've shown them this or told them to go to their own site to check. Shows up after you click the trade-in offer button on the s22 page.
